⁵ Then Jesus lifted up his eyes and saw a great crowd coming to him, and said to Philip, Where will we buy bread so that these people can eat? ⁶ This he said to prove him, for he himself knew what he would do.

⁷ Philip answered him, Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, so that everyone has a little.
